Atelisto サポート

出品準備スタジオ — 整えて、組み立てて、出品へ。

Atelisto（アテリスト）は、商品情報、写真、テンプレート、説明文を整理し、 販売先ごとの出品内容を組み立てるiPhone・iPadアプリです。 出品の自動実行や販売サービスへのログインは行いません。

バックアップ

再インストールやデータ削除の前に、アプリの「設定 > データとサポート > バックアップ」から完全バックアップを作成してください。パスワードを設定した場合、 忘れたパスワードは復旧できません。

iCloud同期

「設定 > iCloud同期」で状態を確認してください。商品文章、テンプレート、 定型文、設定などはiCloud同期の対象ですが、元画質写真とサムネイルは 追加した端末内だけに保存されます。

写真

Atelistoは、選択した写真をアプリ専用領域へコピーします。写真アプリやFilesにある 元データは変更・削除しません。別の端末で同じ商品を開いても、写真ファイルは 自動的には表示されません。

広告とプライバシー

パーソナライズ広告はトラッキングを許可した場合だけ要求します。許可しない場合も、 出品内容の作成、保存、検査、コピー、写真、バックアップなどの主要機能を利用できます。

広告非表示の購入

購入済みの広告非表示が反映されない場合は、「設定 > 広告を非表示 > 購入を復元」を実行してください。決済はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理され、 Atelistoはカード情報を受け取りません。

お問い合わせ時に必要な情報

  • アプリのバージョンとビルド番号
  • iOSまたはiPadOSのバージョンと端末モデル
  • 発生した画面と操作手順
  • 表示されたエラーメッセージ
  • 再現する場合は、個人情報を隠したスクリーンショット
商品文章、商品写真、バックアップパスワード、購入トークンは、 サポートから明示的に依頼されない限り送らないでください。

Atelisto Support

Listing Prep Studio — Organize, assemble, and get ready to list.

Atelisto is an iPhone and iPad app for organizing product details, photos, templates, descriptions, and marketplace-specific listing content. It does not sign in to marketplaces or post listings automatically.

Backups

Before reinstalling the app or erasing data, create a complete backup under Settings > Data & Support > Backup. A forgotten backup password cannot be recovered.

iCloud sync

Review the status under Settings > iCloud Sync. Listing text, templates, reusable phrases, and settings can sync through iCloud. Original photos and thumbnails remain only on the device where they were added.

Photos

Atelisto copies only the photos you select into its private app storage. It never changes or deletes the source files in Photos or Files. Photos are not automatically available when the same listing is opened on another device.

Ads and privacy

Personalized ads are requested only after tracking permission is granted. Denying tracking does not limit core creation, editing, inspection, copy, photo, or backup features.

Remove Ads purchase

If a previous purchase is missing, open Settings > Remove Ads and choose Restore Purchases. Apple processes payments through StoreKit; Atelisto does not receive payment card details.

Include with a support request

  • App version and build number
  • iOS or iPadOS version and device model
  • Screen and steps that produced the issue
  • Exact error message
  • A screenshot with personal information hidden, if reproducible
Do not send listing content, product photos, backup passwords, or purchase tokens unless support specifically requests them.
