Atelisto（以下「本アプリ」）は、商品情報、写真、テンプレート、説明文を整理し、 販売先ごとの出品内容を作成する出品準備アプリです。本アプリはローカルファーストで 動作し、商品文章や写真を販売せず、広告のターゲティング情報として送信しません。

1. 端末内に保存するデータ

本アプリは、商品情報、テンプレート、定型文、設定、出品者プロフィール、 購入権利のキャッシュ、選択した商品写真とサムネイルをアプリ専用領域へ保存します。

商品写真は、利用者がカメラ、写真アプリ、またはFilesから選択したものだけを コピーします。写真アプリやFilesにある元データを変更・削除しません。 利用者が明示的に共有、書き出し、またはバックアップした場合を除き、 写真をアプリ外へ送信しません。

2. iCloud同期

商品文章、販売先別差分、テンプレート、定型文、設定、出品者プロフィール、 写真メタデータは、利用者のプライベートCloudKitデータベースで同期される場合が あります。元画質写真とサムネイルはiCloud同期の対象外です。

iCloudアカウントとCloudKitサービスはAppleが管理します。運営者は独自サーバーを 通じて同期データを収集・閲覧しません。

3. 広告、同意、トラッキング

無料版はGoogle Mobile Ads SDKとGoogle User Messaging Platformを使用して、 小さなバナー広告と広告同意画面を表示します。

これらのSDKは、利用地域や同意状態に応じて、次のデータを収集する場合があります。

  • おおよその位置情報
  • デバイスID
  • 広告データ
  • 製品の操作情報
  • クラッシュデータ
  • パフォーマンスデータ
  • その他の診断データ

パーソナライズ広告は、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyでトラッキングを 許可した場合だけ要求します。未許可、拒否、または制限中は非パーソナライズ広告を 要求します。許可しない場合も、本アプリの主要機能は制限されません。

商品文章、写真、テンプレート、販売カテゴリを広告リクエストへ追加する処理はありません。

Googleのデータ利用については、Googleのサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の利用をご確認ください。

4. App内課金

広告非表示の購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。本アプリはAppleが 検証した取引と利用権利を確認しますが、氏名、カード番号、銀行情報などの決済情報を 受け取りません。

5. バックアップ

完全バックアップには、商品文章、設定、テンプレート、定型文、プロフィール、 写真ファイルが含まれる場合があります。保存先と共有先は利用者が選びます。

任意のパスワード保護は端末上で暗号化されます。運営者へパスワードは送信されず、 忘れたパスワードを復旧することはできません。

6. 分析とクラッシュ情報

本アプリ独自の行動分析SDKは導入していません。AppleのApp Analyticsと クラッシュ情報は、利用者の端末とApp Storeにおける共有設定に従って、Appleから 運営者へ提供される場合があります。広告SDKが扱い得る分析・診断データは 「3. 広告、同意、トラッキング」のとおりです。

7. AI機能

初回公開版にAI機能は含まれません。商品文章や写真をAIサービスへ送信する処理は ありません。将来AI機能を追加する場合は、送信対象と目的を実行前に説明し、 本ポリシーを更新します。

8. データの削除と利用者の選択

利用者は、本アプリからバックアップを書き出し、広告のプライバシー選択を変更し、 システム設定でiCloudを無効化し、アプリ内のデータ管理から利用者データを削除できます。

アプリを削除すると端末内のアプリ領域は削除されます。iCloudへ同期済みのレコードも 削除したい場合は、アプリを削除する前にアプリ内のデータ管理から利用者データを 削除してください。

広告SDKが収集したデータの保存期間と削除方法は、Googleおよび適用される 同意設定に従います。

9. 第三者サービス

本アプリは次の第三者サービスを使用します。

  • Apple iCloud / CloudKit
  • Apple StoreKit
  • Apple App Analyticsおよびクラッシュ情報
  • Google Mobile Ads
  • Google User Messaging Platform

各サービスの情報取扱いには、AppleまたはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

10. ポリシーの変更

機能、使用SDK、収集データ、法令または公開地域が変わる場合、本ポリシーを更新します。 重要な変更は、本ページまたはアプリ内で案内します。

Atelisto Privacy Policy

Atelisto (the “App”) helps users organize product details, photos, templates, descriptions, and marketplace-specific listing content. The App is local-first. It does not sell listing content or photos, and it does not supply them as advertising-targeting data.

1. Data stored on the device

The App stores listing data, templates, reusable phrases, settings, seller-profile data, a purchase-entitlement cache, selected product photos, and thumbnails in its private app storage.

Only photos selected from Camera, Photos, or Files are copied. The App does not change or delete source files. Photos leave the App only when the user explicitly shares, exports, or backs them up.

2. iCloud sync

Listing text, marketplace overrides, templates, reusable phrases, settings, seller-profile data, and photo metadata may sync through the user’s private CloudKit database. Original photos and thumbnails are excluded from iCloud sync.

Apple manages the iCloud account and CloudKit service. The operator does not collect or view synchronized content through an independent server.

3. Ads, consent, and tracking

The free version uses Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform to display small banner ads and consent messages.

Depending on region and consent choices, these SDKs may collect:

  • Coarse location
  • Device identifiers
  • Advertising data
  • Product interaction
  • Crash data
  • Performance data
  • Other diagnostic data

Personalized ads are requested only after the user grants tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. When permission is unavailable, denied, or restricted, the App requests non-personalized ads. Denying permission does not restrict core App features.

Listing content, photos, templates, and selling categories are not added to ad requests.

4. In-app purchases

Apple processes the Remove Ads purchase through StoreKit. The App checks Apple-verified transactions and entitlements but does not receive names, card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials.

5. Backups

A complete backup may contain listing text, settings, templates, reusable phrases, profile data, and photo files. The user chooses where the backup is saved or shared. Optional password protection is encrypted on the device. The password is not sent to the operator and cannot be recovered if forgotten.

6. Analytics and crash information

The App does not include an independent behavior-analytics SDK. Apple App Analytics and crash information may be provided to the operator according to the user’s device and App Store sharing settings. Analytics and diagnostic data that advertising SDKs may handle are described in Section 3.

7. AI features

The initial release contains no AI feature and does not send listing content or photos to an AI service. If AI features are added later, the App will explain the data and purpose before transmission, and this policy will be updated.

8. Deletion and user choices

Users can export a backup, change advertising privacy choices, disable iCloud in system settings, and erase user content from Data Management in the App.

Deleting the App removes its local container. To remove synchronized iCloud records as well, users should erase their content in the App before deleting it. Retention and deletion of data collected by advertising SDKs are governed by Google and the applicable consent settings.

9. Third-party services

The App uses:

  • Apple App Analytics and crash information
  • Google Mobile Ads
  • Google User Messaging Platform

The privacy policies of Apple or Google apply to their respective services.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated if features, SDKs, collected data, applicable law, or release regions change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
